How long will it take for my order to arrive?
These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products
- Standard order processing time is 4-7 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays.
- Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days after orders have been processed and shipped.
- International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs/VAT processing.
What is your return policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer
It is best to advise you contact Nou La before returning any products. If you choose to return for wrong sizing, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.
Standard item returns may incur a $12 restocking fee plus shipping;
